Current Projects:

Young Mums
For young mums 15-25, creates opportunities for young mums to share experiences with one another and bounce ideas off each other for raising healthy babies and children. Meets Friday fortnightly during school terms 1-3pm.

MYGEN Youth Group
A team of young people meet to discuss prevalent youth issues, organise youth events. New members always welcome! First Monday of the month from 5-7pm.

Murray Bridge Q Youth
A group for Murraylands youth identifying or supporting people of the LGTBIQA spectrum. We meet Thursdays, fortnightly, 4:30-6pm at Murray Bridge headspace. Check out our Facebook page for more information www.facebook.com/mbqyouth

Music Drop in @ the Station
Youth bands come down to practice their music in The Station rehearsal room. Drums, guitar amps and a vocal PA are provided! You can come and just chill if you like! Wednesdays 4-9pm.

Family Inclusive Program
This project will allow our staff to increase their expertise in working with families and change some of the ways we assist young people. The new Family Inclusive Program is being evaluated via a research team with the aim to develop a model of family inclusive work that can be used by other headspace centres across Australia. If you would like a Family Inclusive Program session, let us know when you make your appointment.

School Holiday Program
Drop in sessions, chill out, play pool and air hockey, use the computers or meet your mates! Every school holidays 1-4.30pm.
